Shipping & Delivery Policy for Marketplace Unicycle Effective Date: August 5, 2025

This policy outlines our procedures for shipping and delivery of all products purchased from our website. We are committed to providing a transparent and efficient shipping experience.

1. Shipping Areas and Costs We offer a flat-rate shipping cost for orders within the contiguous United States.

  • Shipping Area: We ship to the lower 48 states in the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Shipping Costs: A flat rate shipping fee of $185 applies to most unicycle and scooter orders. For heavier or oversized products (such as electric unicycles weighing over 100 lbs or multiple large items), a higher shipping fee may apply and will be clearly communicated at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframes Our delivery timeframes are broken down into two parts: order processing and delivery transit.

  • Order Processing Time: In-stock orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. For pre-orders, please refer to the specific estimated shipping date provided on the product page.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has shipped, delivery is estimated to take 1 to 7 business days.

Please Note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. All times are based on the Eastern Time Zone (GMT-5).

  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to follow your package. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

  • If your order contains accessories, they may be shipped separately from the main unicycle unit.

4. Shipping Changes and Damages

  • Address Changes: For security and logistics reasons, the shipping address cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@marketplaceunicycle.com within 5 business days of delivery to arrange for a resolution.
