Return & Refund Policy for Marketplace Unicycle Effective Date: August 5, 2025

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept a return for a refund to your original payment method, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Window You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the product delivery date.

2. Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is defective or was damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a full refund or exchange. You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

• Buyer’s Remorse: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
